Tiqets, OMNIA Card and Tourist Card

The OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card and the Rome Tourist Card are sold by Tiqets, as are the Colosseum and Vatican Museums tickets. The Tiqets help centre answers questions about payment, ticket download and the reserved time slots. Keep the order number from your booking confirmation at hand.

Go City, Rome Explorer Pass

The Rome Explorer Pass is a Go City product. Questions about the order, the pass in the app or a refund of a pass that was never activated go to the Go City help centre. Keep the booking reference at hand.

Roma Pass, the pass of the city

The Roma Pass is issued by Zètema Progetto Cultura for Roma Capitale. Bookings are completed through GetYourGuide or in the city's online shop. Its help centre covers redemption in the Roma Pass app, the booking reference and title code, the free museum choices and the Colosseum reservation. We do not sell this pass.
