No. The Rome Tourist Card is a fixed package sold by Tiqets with two sights at fixed time slots. The Rome City Pass by Turbopass is a day pass for 1 to 7 consecutive days with the bus, Castel Sant'Angelo and a dozen more entries.
Can I change the date after booking?+
